Job Description
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and executing E470’s marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, partnership revenue opportunities, and positive customer experiences.
This role builds on the foundational responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist position while adding senior-level ownership of marketing strategy, campaign execution, paid media, website optimization, social media direction, email marketing, analytics, brand governance, and strategic marketing partnerships.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch across digital, print, email, events, and paid media channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase awareness, customer acquisition, account adoption, retention, and engagement.
- Oversight of creative asset creation, campaign and delivery.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns and initiatives.
- Own marketing partnerships that enhance customer value, brand reach, and non-toll revenue opportunities.
- Manage and grow rewards programs, loyalty partnerships, and promotional offers tied to customer engagement.
- Develop relationships with retail vendors, service providers, and promotional partners for co-branded opportunities.
- Track performance, redemption, participation, and ROI of partnership programs.
- Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
- Serve as day-to-day steward of the E470 Brand
- Ensure consistent use of logos, messaging, visuals, and tone across departments, vendors, campaigns, signage, and digital channels.
- Lead creative briefs and priorities for the Content Creator and agency partners.
- Review and approve marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency.
- Own paid media strategy and execution across digital, radio, out-of-home, print, and other channels as appropriate.
- Manage annual media buys, vendor relationships, placement schedules, and performance optimization.
- Evaluate ROI, impressions, conversions, and effectiveness of advertising investments.
- Coordinate with agency partners on creative assets and media strategy support.
- Ensure website contentremainscurrent,accurate, and customer focused.
- Prioritize content updates, landing pages, customer journeys, SEO improvements, and conversion opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to improve user experience and digital functionality.
- Own social media execution, channel direction, and content priorities.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal priorities, events, and business needs.
- Guide the Content Creator on production of graphics, reels, videos, and posts.
- Analyze engagement trends, audience growth, and performance to optimize strategy.
- Create content as needed
- Lead monthly and quarterly email marketing campaigns.
- Develop E470 Quarterly Newsletter
- Track and analyze performance across campaigns, advertising, website, email, social media, and partnership programs.
- Translate data into recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Strategic Communications & Public Affairs Supervisor on aligned messaging and reputation considerations.
- Coordinate with the Communications Coordinator on scheduling, web updates, project management, events, and stakeholder requests.
- Provide direction to the Content Creator and external agencies for timely execution.
- Support leadership presentations, special initiatives, and enterprise priorities as needed.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Experience managing partnerships, promotions, loyalty programs, or vendor marketing relationships preferred.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign measurement.
- Experience managing email marketing platforms and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience leading brand management and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and marketing technology platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
