Position Summary

LINX is seeking a creative, organized Marketing Coordinator to help deliver employee and customer engagement initiatives, events, content, and sales support materials. This person will own assigned projects from planning through completion while working closely with the marketing team, sales teams, and other partners across the company.

The ideal candidate enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment, pays attention to the details, and communicates proactively. Our team works collaboratively: each person has clear responsibilities, but we share ideas, stay connected on priorities, and support one another throughout the work.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Coordinate the collection, organization, and assembly of marketing content for proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Help maintain current templates, project information, and other resources in the Brand Resource Hub.
  • Develop repeatable processes and organized resources that make common sales requests easier to fulfill and reduce last-minute work.
  • Coordinate merchandise orders, including inventory, vendor communication, proofs, and distribution. Help manage the LINX Clothing Store as the team defines its ongoing needs.

Content and Brand Coordination

  • Help develop content with internal teams and external partners, including gathering information, coordinating reviews, and keeping projects on schedule.
  • Gather photos, project updates, employee stories, and other material for social media and marketing content in coordination with the team.
  • Create or adapt simple branded materials and help ensure marketing assets follow LINX brand standards.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist on content and campaign needs, providing coordination and materials that support digital execution.

Events and Engagement

  • Coordinate details for customer, employee, partner, and internal events, including registration, materials, schedules, vendor communication, and follow-up.
  • Register teams for community fundraisers and other sponsored activities.
  • Support the development of event concepts and campaigns that reflect LINX’s brand and goals.
