Salary Grade:Hourly 10 | H-10

Position Summary: Performs a wide variety of critical and essential communication services for
Campus Police and Security Services, to include receiving emergency and non-emergency calls for
assistance and determining the appropriate action in response to those calls.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school graduate or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Experience:
One (1) year front facing customer service experience
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
