Job Overview

How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute precise steel stud framing and drywall finishing to meet strict commercial project specifications.

• Install metal door frames, acoustic ceilings, and bathroom accessories with expert-level craftsmanship.

• Interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure all structures align with architectural plans.

• Coordinate with electrical and plumbing professionals to integrate systems seamlessly into unit build-outs.

• Maintain a high-performance pace while adhering to rigorous safety protocols and quality standards.

• Manage job site cleanliness and material organization to ensure efficient daily project progression.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of professional carpentry experience specifically within the commercial sector.

• Proven proficiency in steel stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustic ceiling systems.

• Advanced ability to read and interpret complex blue prints and technical specifications.

• Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal oversight on commercial job sites.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a formal carpentry apprenticeship program or equivalent technical training.

• Experience leading small crews or mentoring junior laborers in finish work techniques.

• Specialized knowledge of metal frame installations for high-traffic retail environments.
