Laundry Supervisor - Laundry at Baxter Health – Mountain Home, Arkansas

SUMMARY:

Provide direction to assigned personnel to ensure hospital goals are met. Exhibit leadership qualities that will inspire, motivate and develop this department into a cohesive group.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Minimum of three to five (3-5) years verifiable EST/Lead experience in organizing work forces to obtain budgeting and production goals. Must be able to identify and implement cost saving ideas and programs through independent decision making. Health Care experience a plus.

Certifications: N/A

Other: Knowledge of washer and dryer operations in institutional setting. Knowledge of laundry chemicals and their use. Thorough knowledge of linen flow system from pick up to delivery. Ability to manage work flow, ability to communicate and interact positively with co‑workers and other hospital staff. Knowledge and use of computer.
