The Role

We’re hiring a Corporate Partnerships Lead to drive the expansion and performance of our broker and partner ecosystem. This is a revenue-critical role responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and activating broker partners while ensuring sustained production and long-term relationship value.

You will operate at the intersection of partnerships, sales, and distribution. Owning the lifecycle from partner acquisition through revenue generation. This role requires strong commercial instincts, disciplined execution, and the ability to influence external stakeholders at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and onboard new broker and strategic partners
  • Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of partnerships that consistently generate new business
  • Drive partner activation by enabling brokers to successfully position and sell our solution
  • Maintain ongoing partner engagement to ensure consistent deal flow and production
  • Collaborate with leadership on high-value partnership opportunities and enterprise broker relationships
  • Track and manage partnership performance against defined KPIs and revenue targets
  • Reinforce operational discipline across partner processes, deal flow, and follow-up
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

  • Prospect and engage broker partners through outbound calls, Zoom meetings, and industry outreach
  • Conduct discovery conversations and position partnership value propositions effectively
  • Schedule and support high-level broker meetings alongside leadership
  • Manage partner relationships post-onboarding, ensuring consistent communication and accountability
  • Support partners in closing business and navigating client enrollment when needed
  • Monitor pipeline activity across partners and ensure deals are progressing toward close
  • Execute structured follow-up and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Travel periodically for conferences and in-person relationship building

What Success Looks Like

Within 3 Months:

  • Fully ramped on product, partner program, compliance, and tax structure knowledge
  • Conducting 5+ new broker conversations per week
  • Onboarding at least 1 new broker per week
  • Booking initial broker introduction meetings within first 3 weeks
  • Able to clearly articulate partnership value and differentiate in market

Within 6 Months:

  • Consistently onboarding 4+ new brokers per month
  • Running structured weekly check-ins with active partners
  • Driving consistent partner-submitted business and improving close rates
  • Demonstrating strong ownership of partner pipeline and performance metrics

Within 12 Months:

  • Successfully onboarding 50+ broker partners
  • Managing a portfolio of partners producing 5,000+ enrolled lives per quarter
  • Operating as a key revenue driver within the partnerships function
  • Recognized as a top performer with strong influence on partnership strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, broker relations, or B2B insurance sales
  • Strong background in insurance, employee benefits, or adjacent financial services
  • Experience managing external partners and driving production outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability in full-cycle sales, deal management, and relationship ownership
  • Working knowledge of Section 125 plans or similar tax-advantaged benefit structures preferred
  • Insurance license preferred
  • High level of business acumen, emotional intelligence, and consultative communication skills
  • Strong process discipline, CRM proficiency, and pipeline management capabilities
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation OTE $190,000 (Base + Commissions + Equity in book of business)
