Five Iron Golf – Coral Gables, a franchised location operated by Sunshine Coral Gables, LLC is the region’s premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, offering a full-service kitchen and bar. We are seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen operations under the direction of the Head Chef. This team-oriented role is essential to providing clean and sanitary offerings that complements our guest experience.

This franchised location of Five Iron Golf is redefining the indoor golf and entertainment experience by blending cutting-edge simulator technology with a high-energy, inclusive social atmosphere. With premium food and beverage offerings and community-driven programming, we provide unforgettable experiences for golfers and non-golfers alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Open and close the kitchen as scheduled.

- Maintain a clean kitchen by cleaning dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and equipment regularly.

-Clean floors, walls and other surfaces throughout the shift to keep food service areas sanitized.

-Keep the dish pit organized by sorting and storing clean dishes in appropriate areas.

- Take out trash and recycling as needed throughout the shift.

- Follow all health code and sanitation requirements.

- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Receive orders and stock items as they are delivered under the direction of the Head Chef, Kitchen Supervisor or Management.

-Assist with food preparation and help other staff during shifts as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a kitchen team.

-ServSafe certification or other accredited Food Handler certification required.

- Health and safety training credentials preferred.

- Must be flexible with schedule, including nights and weekends.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Commitment to providing excellent service to all guests.
