The Materials Management Coordinator position is responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies for the organ and tissue recovery departments, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient to meet inventory requirements. This position is also responsible for overseeing the sterilization and maintenance of surgical instrumentation. In this role, one would arrange for repair or assembly of equipment, maintain equipment documentation and logs for quality checks. One would also maintain a working knowledge of MSTF's inventory management system, variance systems, electronic medical record, documentation management systems and create reports.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required; degree or certification preferred. Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills required. Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft products. This is a full-time position located in Cordova, TN with traditional office hours -Monday through Friday. Based on education and work experience, the approximate salary range is: $17 p/h to $21 p/h.
