LOUNGE BUSSER at The Avra Group – New York, New York

Position Overview:

The Lounge Busser is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, assisting the waitstaff, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. The ideal candidate is efficient, attentive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Table Maintenance:

   • Clear and reset lounge tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
   • Ensure that tables are properly set with clean glasses, napkins, and utensils.

2. Cleanliness:

   • Keep the lounge area clean and organized, including floors, tables, and service stations.
   • Remove trash and ensure that all service stations are fully stocked with supplies.

3. Support to Waitstaff:

   • Assist lounge servers by delivering drinks and food to guests when needed.
   • Refill water and assist guests with any requests during their visit.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required, but previous experience in a restaurant or lounge is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
