About This Position

Position Summary

Under the direction of the HR Manager, supports departmental leadership in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with manufacturing standards, and team development. This role bridges management and frontline operations, focusing on process improvement, employee training, and resource coordination.

Essential Functions

Corporate:

Technical:

  • HR Information System (HRIS) Management System
  • Auditing and Compliance Support
  • Maintain Records ADP/ SAP
  • Headcount planning and Recruiting
  • Writing and keeping up with policy and procedures
  • Promotion Process
  • Manage onboarding
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Regional workforce development involvement
  • Community and Educational Involvement
  • Work with visa attorney
  • Accessible to employees on questions
  • Training and Development program (COS and Udemy)
  • Partner with Finance Department on invoicing / payments
  • Approvals
  • Any other task, as requested

Education

  • 4 Year Degree or comparable background of work-related experience in Human Resources related discipline required

  • Reports to: HR Manager or designee
  • Direct Reports: None

Position Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3 – 6 years job related experience preferred
  • 4-year degree or comparable background of work-related experience in human resources related field required
