We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at our Irwindale, CA office. This role works closely with the VP of Finance and plays a key role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to support business decision-making and overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support analytics and KPI reporting, including monthly tracking and distributionPerform profitability, product, and financial analysis and reportingAssist with forecasting and budgeting processesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesTrack and reconcile prepaid expensesManage rebates and promotions accruals, analysis, and reconciliationPrepare monthly account reconciliationsSupport accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and ad hoc projectsIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficienciesEnsure financial deadlines are consistently metMaintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (required); MBA or CPA a plus2–3 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysisExperience with large enterprise ERP systems (SAP or SAP Business One preferred)Strong understanding of account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entriesAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)Experience in manufacturing or consumer products industries preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage large data sets and complex financial modelsEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Financial modeling (2–3 years)Consumer products, food industry, or manufacturing experience
