Job Description
MainePERS is seeking a detail-driven, service-minded Retirement Services Specialist to support accurate, timely benefit processing while helping guide the day-to-day work of the unit.
This position provides general oversight of the day-to-day work of the business unit and serves as a resource and subject matter expert for the associates and clerks. Responsibilities include running reports and queries to meet payroll deadlines, resolving member issues, and working in close collaboration with the Business Leaders . This position requires initiative in learning new processes and systems, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture in the unit.

Salary: Begins at $67,787 if annualized with excellent benefits.
