What You Will Do
- Client Advisory & Pre-Sales Support
- Support clients during discovery, positioning, and solution definition.
- Participate in early-stage client conversations to clarify business needs and identify automation opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor articulating Ashling’s services and value proposition across industries.
Solution & Technical Engagement
- Perform high-level solution scoping and architecture definition.
- Define enterprise-grade solution approaches in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Translate emerging technologies into practical client solutions.
- Demonstrate automation and AI platforms at a high level, aligned to client use cases.
Content & Asset Development
- Create and maintain industry- and technology-focused assets, frameworks, and points of view (POVs).
- Identify repeatable use cases and service offerings.
- Assist with sales and advisory deck creation and refinement.
- Ensure assets are current, organized, and reusable.
- 8+ years in consulting, advisory, or solution architecture roles within automation, AI, or digital transformation.
- Experience supporting pre-sales or early client engagements.
- Familiarity with business, functional, or solution architecture concepts.
- Deep experience with intelligent automation platforms (UiPath, Google, or Microsoft preferred).
- Prior experience in one or more regulated or complex industries.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture, operating models, or transformation roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience creating reusable consulting assets, frameworks, or service offerings.
- Ideal Advisor Profile
- Strong communicator across executive and technical audiences, capable of translating business needs into solution approaches.
- Highly organized and disciplined in asset creation and knowledge sharing.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving client environments.
- Industry-specific expertise (banking, insurance, supply chain preferred)
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and the ability to contribute to or define enterprise-level solution architectures.
