Job Summary
Do you like solving problems? Do you enjoy working with people and collaborating? As part of our team, the Organizational Change Management Analyst will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, organizational data, and operational technologies, delivering both onsite and remote programs. You’ll utilize tools to understand stakeholders, analyze challenges and recommend solutions that result in sustained behavior change. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s looking to play a key role in implementing fast and effective change across a company.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
- Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with our team’s Change Management methodologies.
- Create communications that excite people and elicit the desire to act.
- Analyze key stakeholder groups to better understand how to improve their engagement.
- Support training program delivery.
- Participate in meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Helping build our OCM practice through creation of new or refinement of existing approaches, offerings, and templates.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Preferred:
- BS degree in business, communications, or psychology.
- Experience as an OCM practitioner, communication professional, or learning & development professional.
- Required:
- BA or BS Degree in any field
- Strong communications ability (verbal and written)
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong desire to learn
- Ability to travel if required by the client company.
- U.S. Citizen.
