In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end hiring, working directly with executive leadership to attract world-class engineers, scientists, and technical leaders. Beyond hands-on recruiting, you will help define hiring strategies, build scalable processes, and contribute to the evolution of the People function. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical technical and leadership roles across hardware, software, optical, and research domains
- Partner closely with the CEO, CTOs, and engineering leaders to define hiring needs and calibrate talent requirements
- Personally source, engage, and close senior-level candidates (staff, principal, and technical leadership roles)
- Build and maintain a proactive sourcing engine across Europe, the US, and Israel to attract top-tier talent
- Design, refine, and continuously improve interview processes and hiring standards
- Develop and strengthen employer branding within the deep-tech and AI ecosystem
- Track hiring metrics, pipeline health, and recruitment velocity, providing clear insights to leadership
- Mentor future recruiters and contribute to scaling the broader People function over time
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong headhunting background in deep tech, AI, semiconductors, or hardware
- Proven track record of independently closing senior technical roles in competitive markets
- Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups (Series A–C environments preferred)
- Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to engage hard-to-reach technical talent
- Experience building or designing recruitment processes from scratch
- Comfort working across international teams and time zones (France, US, Israel, etc.)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
- Fluent in English and French
