• 4+ years of carpentry, framing, and finish work experience

• Comfortable working with both wood & metal framing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle materials with ease
• A get-it-done attitude and relentless drive for craftsmanship

• CFC, CR, LEED, NOCTI, or NAHB certification
• OSHA safety training
• Forklift experience (because driving heavy machinery is just fun)
