About This Position

The Project Management Analyst will support the development of a comprehensive Surface Training Readiness Management System (STRMS) that supports unit readiness, individual watch stander and watch team qualification/experience/proficiency data capture in support of the surface warfare training continuum and career progression and milestone accomplishment. This analyst position will work directly with PMS 339 to develop and maintain systems that track training readiness and qualification data for surface warfare personnel throughout their career progression and milestone achievements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Support development of a comprehensive tracking and readiness system (STRMS)

• Support unit readiness tracking and management

• Capture and manage individual watch stander qualification data

• Track watch team qualification, experience, and proficiency data

• Support surface warfare training continuum processes

• Track career progression and milestone accomplishment data

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Master's degree in any Discipline OR 15 Years of Relevant Experience

Experience: 15+ years of professional experience

Required Skills: Surface Warfare Experience

Secret Security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Advanced Degree in National Security or Political Science

• Surface Warfare Officer Qualification and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• 20+ years of professional experience

• Surface Training Command Experience (Afloat Training Group (ATG)/ Learning Centers (LC)/ Engineering Assessment Atlantic/Pacific)
