Tennis Front Desk Attendant at Grand Slam Enterprises LLC – Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Part Time Position: Friday, 7:00am-2:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm, Sunday 10:00am-9:00pm

Compensation: $12-$15 per hour, free meal daily in employees lounge, employee discount.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk area and pro shop during shift hours (see handbook for procedures and details)
• Complete all associated tasks completely and on time
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized (pro shop & locker rooms)
• Coordinate with maintenance on ball machine set up, towel supply, and special needs for special days and events
• Coordinate with Director of Racquets on all leagues
• Maintain accurate list of members with phone numbers and email addresses
• Attend staff meetings
• Use call lists, email, etc to promote activities and registration
• Represent the club in a professional and positive manner during all promotional tennis events and tournaments
• Know and be able to explain the benefits of different rackets, strings, and shoes sold in the pro shop
• Be on time to shifts and dress appropriately for the occasion and consistent with club policies
• Greet members and guests in person and on the phone with professionalism and a smile
