If this sounds good to you, we have an opening for an experienced automotive Desk Manager that will support our Chevy North and VW locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Support, train, and coach sales staff to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Deal Structuring: Assist sales consultants with structuring profitable deals while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with dealership policies.
• Performance Oversight: Monitor sales activity, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable to KPIs.
• Guest Engagement: Step in to support sales negotiations, resolve concerns, and build lasting guest relationships.
• Collaboration: Partner with finance, service and management teams to streamline the sales process and maximize dealership performance.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, dealership processes, and ethical sales practices.

• Must have a proven track record of developing and leading high-performance sales teams, GM experience a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency using DealerTrack, VIN Solutions, vAuto or similar DMS.
• Driven, organized, and detail-oriented with a results-focused mindset.
• Stable employment history.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
