Job Title: Airmen Ministry Center (AMC) Director
Location: Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan

Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate’s Degree or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience working in a ministry setting with diverse young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all AMC programs and events in collaboration with the AMC Chaplain.

• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support AMC operations and Chapel programs.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the AMC and ensure volunteer coverage for posted hours.

• Plan and execute an annual calendar, budgets (CTOF and APF), and resource needs.

• Promote Chapel programs and provide AMC briefings to First Term Airmen Course (FTAC).
