Dispatcher at remotelyhr – Corona, California

RemotelyHR is hiring on behalf of Alta. We are looking for a high-energy Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Scheduling: Assign and dispatch construction crews, equipment, and vehicles to job sites based on project timelines and availability.

• Monitor Progress: Track the status of ongoing projects, ensuring timely communication between field teams, supervisors, and management.

• Handle Logistics: Arrange delivery of materials and equipment to sites, resolving any delays or issues with vendors or transportation.

• Respond to Emergencies: Address urgent requests or changes, such as equipment breakdowns or crew shortages, by reassigning resources as needed.

• Maintain Records: Log dispatch activities, including crew assignments, equipment usage, and communication, to ensure accurate documentation for project tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred degree in communications or relevant experience.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

• Must have strong software knowledge in Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Excel, and Geofence reporting.

• Construction experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
