-Medical Billing, Coding
-Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT
-Work through Clearinghouse to post insurance payments, work rejected and outstanding claims, collect past due balances
-Customer Service Skills to communicate with patients about outstanding balances
-Monthly Statements
-Skills to clearly communicate with patients regarding insurance payments, rejection, etc on filed claims
-Pleasant telephone skills
-Ability to work with financial reports and balance monies at the end of the day
-Ability to work independently
-Have a minimum of 1 years experience in medical billing/insurance
