LITIGATION ATTORNEY TRAINER

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 base, depending on experience.

Bonus: Performance-based discretionary bonuses.

Location: San Antonio

Position Overview

Thomas J. Henry Law is launching a litigation training program designed to onboard and develop our attorneys to the highest standards in the industry. We are seeking experienced litigators or legal educators to serve as Litigation Attorney Trainers. In this role, you will deliver structured training sessions for new hires and existing attorneys, focusing on firm policies, procedures, litigation strategies, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onboarding and skills-based training for attorneys on firm policies, litigation procedures, and trial strategies.

- Deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and mock trials to reinforce best practices.

- Collaborate with litigation leadership to align training content with firm objectives and case management standards.

- Evaluate attorney performance during and after training; provide constructive feedback and coaching.

- Maintain up-to-date training materials reflecting legal developments, procedural changes, and firm protocols.

- Mentor attorneys in deposition techniques, motion practice, mediation strategies, and trial readiness.

Preferences

- Juris Doctor (JD) and active Texas Bar license.

- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.

- Proven trial experience and comfort presenting to groups.

- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

- Prior training, teaching, or curriculum development experience preferred.
