Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic, data-savvy Digital Marketing Manager who brings creativity and curiosity to everything they do. This role will own digital strategy across web, search, and paid channels - helping us elevate the brand, improve user experience, and drive measurable results. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing Communications to bring campaigns to life across digital touchpoints, optimize SEO performance, manage PPC efforts, and ensure our website is always evolving to meet audience needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Website Management

  • Oversee website performance, UX/UI, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Coordinate with developers/designers to implement updates and ensure mobile/SEO friendliness.
  • Use CMS tool to manage content and structure.
  • Monitor website analytics and optimize for engagement.

Digital Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute multichannel campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue.
  • Nurture leads through email marketing, retargeting, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Align with sales teams to create lead scoring and MQL frameworks.
  • Report and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning for the marketing, events, and sales teams.
  • Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and improve organic search rankings using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Optimize content and metadata across web pages and blogs.
  • Implement technical SEO fixes (e.g., site speed, mobile usability, schema markup).

Google Ads / Paid Search

  • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns.
  • Set up proper tracking (conversion pixels, UTMs, etc.).
  • Analyze performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and adjust bids/keywords based on performance goals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Google Analytics
  • Develop metrics to evaluate marketing efficiency and productivity.
  • Use Salesforce Account Engagement and tech stack tools to report on KPIs.
  • Track CAC, CPL, ROI, and funnel performance across all digital channels.
  • Provide regular performance updates and campaign insights to leadership,
  • Leverage predictive intent models to analyze consumer behavior and execute targeted digital marketing strategies that anticipate user needs and drive conversion.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or healthcare/tech industries
  • Proven experience managing websites (Webflow, HubSpot, or similar CMS)
  • Strong understanding of SEO and PPC best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and web optimization strategies
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendors a plus
