Job Summary:

As an Expert Team Trainer, you serve as the primary product educator for our customers. Your mission is to lead comprehensive training sessions that ensure users—from paralegals to partners—fully master the suite’s capabilities.
Our trainers are more than product experts; they are dedicated partners in our customers' success. By pairing a supportive, patient approach with comprehensive mastery of the Filevine suite of products, they meet users at their current level and guide them toward total software fluency through trainings conducted via Zoom and in-person
Responsibilities:
Own the Collective Outcome: Act as a primary catalyst for product adoption by taking accountability for the success of every interaction. You will support the team in ensuring that every resolution moves the customer closer to seamless, everyday use of the Filevine product suite.

Consultative Training: Your mission is to transform a user’s "How do I...?" into a confident "I've got this." By translating customer goals into clear, actionable workflows, you ensure every interaction builds the fluency needed for long-term success. You are the architect of the "lightbulb moments" that lead to massive software adoption.

On-Site Impact: Be the face of Filevine in the field. You’ll travel periodically to lead immersive, in-person training sessions, transforming complex workflows into everyday wins for our customers right where they work.
Qualifications:
  • Command the Room: Serve as an assertive, high-impact communicator who doesn't just give answers, but provides the strategic recommendations that instill immediate client confidence.

  • Root-Cause Architect: Leverage exceptional curiosity and creative "lesson-planning" to diagnose and solve the core challenges behind every customer priority.

  • Agile Technologist: Demonstrate a relentless, self-motivated drive to master new technologies at the speed of innovation.

  • Autonomous Orchestrator: Independently navigate competing priorities and complex initiatives, thriving in an environment where you create the structure.

  • The Blueprint: A Bachelor’s degree is required; we have a strong preference for current or former classroom educators.

  • The Background: 1-2 years of professional training experience or equivalent pedagogical background.

  • The Environment: This is a high-energy, in-office position based in our Salt Lake City headquarters.
