Clinic Nurse Supervisor, RN—Beatrice Family & Internal Medicine at Beatrice Community Hospital Health Center – Beatrice, Nebraska

The Clinic Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of clinic services to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating daily workflows, preparing clinic budgets, and supporting the Director of Clinics in achieving performance goals. The Clinic Supervisor serves as a visible leader on the clinic floor, ensuring service excellence, timely patient access, and effective service recovery. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foster teamwork, maintain compliance with policies, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred. Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Nebraska or Compact state. Current CPR/BLS. 2 years preferred; 1 year including supervisory management experience preferred

Shift Schedule:

Full-Time; M-F days.
