What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of 50–60 major donors nationwide
• Identify, engage, solicit, and steward donors to grow philanthropic giving
• Develop and execute annual donor engagement and communication plans
• Connect with donors via in-person visits, phone calls, emails, proposals, and events
• Track and manage donor activity using Raiser’s Edge/NXT
• Coordinate closely with the VP of Advancement, leadership, and board members
• Lead stewardship mailings, donor solicitations, and in-person meetings
• Plan and execute donor recognition events
• Manage relationships with planned giving donors and prospects

What You'll Need:

• 5–7 years of development experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required)
• Experience with donor databases and analytics; Raiser’s Edge/NXT preferred
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, email, phone)
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Ability to engage with donors, board members, staff, and residents
• Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
• Strong alignment with the mission and values of Wesley Willows
