We are currently seeking experienced technicians to join our team. Prior industry experience is a must, as we’re looking for professionals who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise to the table.

About the Role
As a Commercial Foodservice Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ kitchens stay operational. You’ll drive a company vehicle to customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial kitchen equipment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
- Inspect equipment and related components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff to provide updates on repair status and manage schedules.
- Complete service tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain truck stock to ensure all necessary parts are readily available.
- Keep service vehicles, tools, and uniforms in compliance with Tech24 standards.
- Serve as a mentor and positive example for less experienced technicians by demonstrating professionalism and expertise.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety.

What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Superb customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Standard computer skills and ownership of industry-standard hand tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
- A hunger to learn new techniques and approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prior industry experience is required.
