Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our Little Caesars restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of employees to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Manage staffing levels, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
