Job Title: Employment & Labor Staff Associate – New York

Position Overview
Talantage, LLC is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and a minimum of two years of litigation experience to join our client's Employment & Labor practice group.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners on impactful matters, particularly those involving ADA and accommodations law with a focus on website accessibility. The associate will gain valuable litigation experience while collaborating with a team of lawyers who are passionate about their practice and committed to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, particularly website accessibility claims.
  • Collaborate with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance and related issues.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Provide support on a broad range of employment, labor, and litigation matters as needed.
Based on experience, associates may hold the title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.

Other Requirements
  • Must be licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
  • Must be registered with New York Federal Courts.
