Job Summary

The Full Stack Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions that support the company’s operational and business goals. This role requires strong full-stack development expertise, problem-solving ability, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and reliable applications.

This position is based on-site in Augusta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze user needs and translate them into tailored software solutions.

· Design, develop, and maintain full-stack cloud applications, ensuring high reliability and performance.

· Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fellow developers to meet technical specifications and project deadlines.

· Optimize existing code for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve software issues; perform routine maintenance.

· Create and maintain clear technical documentation for processes, updates, and deployments.

Provide support and enhancements for deployed applications and services

Qualifications

Required

· Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, computer engineering, or related fields.

· Proficiency in C# .NET / .NET Core.

· Hands-on experience in REST API development.

· Strong working knowledge of SQL Server.

· Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, Git, Bitbucket, and JSON.

· Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

· Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Preferred

· Experience with Docker and Azure Container Services (e.g., AKS).

· Knowledge of React.js and/or Node.js.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills in team environments.

Working Conditions

· On-site presence required at the Augusta, GA, office.

· Flexible working hours may be available depending on project requirements.

· Occasional availability outside of standard hours may be required for software maintenance or support.
