Job Responsibilities:
As a Life Enrichment Specialist, you will:
🎉 Lead and Support Activities – Assist with outings, events, and daily activities, while motivating residents to participate.
✅ Maintain Schedules & Records – Update and post activity schedules weekly, record attendance, and provide one-on-one support to residents as needed.
🧠 Follow Person-Centered Care – Ensure activities align with the household model and meet the needs of each resident.
🧑🤝🧑 Collaborate & Plan – Work with the Life Enrichment team to create engaging programs and share ideas for future activities.
Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Experience in life enrichment or activities coordination preferred.
✔ Ability to motivate and engage residents with compassion and patience.
✔ Valid driver’s license (for operating vehicles as scheduled).
