Job Description

Workplace AI Business Analyst Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Workplace AI Business Analyst Specialist in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, user enablement, and business transformation, focusing on accelerating AI adoption across a large, multi-disciplinary organization. The specialist will act as a key bridge between technical teams and end users, translating AI capabilities into practical workflows that improve productivity and decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, the role emphasizes training, change management, and hands-on support for AI-driven tools. It also involves identifying high-impact use cases, evaluating emerging technologies, and shaping structured implementation roadmaps. By building proof-of-concept solutions using no-code and low-code platforms, the specialist helps demonstrate real business value without engaging in full production development. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, clarity, and user empathy directly influence organizational success. The environment is fast-evolving, innovation-driven, and centered on responsible AI adoption.

Accountabilities

The role is responsible for driving AI awareness, adoption, and practical implementation across the organization by connecting business needs with accessible AI solutions.

  • Conduct needs assessments across departments to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, workflows, and outcomes
  • Evaluate emerging AI tools and translate findings into actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to support AI literacy and adoption across teams
  • Provide hands-on support during AI tool rollouts and help remove barriers to user adoption
  • Develop no-code and low-code proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate real business value and validate feasibility
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure AI use cases are aligned with operational needs
  • Define success metrics, analyze usage data, and report on adoption impact to leadership
Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with practical experience in AI enablement, training, and business analysis.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or similar roles
  • Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in a related field
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs and supporting organizational change initiatives
  • Familiarity with no-code and low-code AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Claude.ai
  • Ability to build functional AI proof-of-concept solutions and demonstrate business value
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and large language model capabilities and limitations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across all organizational levels
  • Ability to analyze adoption metrics and user data to inform decisions and improvements
  • Knowledge of data privacy principles and responsible AI practices in regulated environments
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical research environments is considered an asset
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
  • Fully remote or hybrid work flexibility depending on location
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI adoption initiatives at scale
  • Strong focus on professional development, training, and upskilling
  • Collaborative and cross-functional work environment with executive visibility
  • Exposure to modern AI tools, platforms, and responsible AI frameworks
  • Meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and digital transformation
