This is a highly collaborative role where communication, clarity, and user empathy directly influence organizational success. The environment is fast-evolving, innovation-driven, and centered on responsible AI adoption.
The role is responsible for driving AI awareness, adoption, and practical implementation across the organization by connecting business needs with accessible AI solutions.

- Evaluate emerging AI tools and translate findings into actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to support AI literacy and adoption across teams
- Provide hands-on support during AI tool rollouts and help remove barriers to user adoption
- Develop no-code and low-code proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate real business value and validate feasibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure AI use cases are aligned with operational needs
- Define success metrics, analyze usage data, and report on adoption impact to leadership
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with practical experience in AI enablement, training, and business analysis.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital transformation, AI enablement, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in a related field
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and supporting organizational change initiatives
- Familiarity with no-code and low-code AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Claude.ai
- Ability to build functional AI proof-of-concept solutions and demonstrate business value
- Understanding of prompt engineering and large language model capabilities and limitations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to analyze adoption metrics and user data to inform decisions and improvements
- Knowledge of data privacy principles and responsible AI practices in regulated environments
- Experience in healthcare or clinical research environments is considered an asset
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks
- Fully remote or hybrid work flexibility depending on location
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI adoption initiatives at scale
- Strong focus on professional development, training, and upskilling
- Collaborative and cross-functional work environment with executive visibility
- Exposure to modern AI tools, platforms, and responsible AI frameworks
- Meaningful impact on organizational efficiency and digital transformation
