Job Title: IT Security Support Analyst (Hybrid)

Location: Dauphin County, PA

Duration: Long Term Contract

We are seeking an IT Security Support Analyst with experience in both cybersecurity and help desk support. This role will support security operations, incident management, vulnerability tracking, and end-user technical support.

Responsibilities:
• Provide help desk and technical support to end users.
• Monitor security alerts, logs, and vulnerability reports.
• Support incident tracking, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Work with security tools including Splunk and Tenable.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain support tickets and technical documentation.
• Assist with compliance, security monitoring, and operational support.

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Information Security experience.
• 2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
• Experience with Splunk and Tenable.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Workstations, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Security+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications.
