This role plays a key part in supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts across government and private sector contracts, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-quality talent efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting structured interviews, and evaluating skills and fit against role requirements. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. You will also contribute to onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into their roles. Working within established HR and recruiting best practices, you will help strengthen hiring processes and candidate experience. This is a fully remote opportunity with a dynamic scope and potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for a variety of roles across contracts.
- Source and attract talent using job boards, databases, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and soft skills against job requirements.
- Coordinate and support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with recruiting standards and internal hiring processes.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Apply HR and recruiting best practices to continuously improve candidate quality and hiring efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate qualifications objectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Comfort working in a structured, compliance-driven environment with occasional physical and environmental demands when on-site.
- Hourly pay of $23.00, with variation based on experience and market factors.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
