This is a highly cross-functional role where your impact directly influences efficiency, growth, and operational maturity.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, forecasting accuracy, and funnel performance.
  • Support and enhance forecasting processes to improve revenue predictability and leadership decision-making.
  • Identify inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and design scalable, standardized processes to improve performance.
  • Optimize core GTM workflows including lead management, pipeline management, and handoffs between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM systems and revenue tools are properly configured, maintained, and leveraged.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as territory planning, pipeline generation strategies, and executive reporting.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations, ideally combined with management consulting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including reporting and workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker; SQL skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes and priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Benefits:

  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance and personal well-being.
  • Parental leave programs to support growing families.
  • Health and dental insurance coverage (where applicable).
  • Retirement savings plan with employee participation options.
  • Employee incentive programs aligned with company performance.
  • Opportunity to work in a global, fast-scaling technology environment.
  • Strong exposure to cross-functional revenue strategy and operational leadership.
