The Finance & Business Analyst serves as a key member of the Finance team and acts as a primary point of contact for client billing, invoicing, accounts receivable support, reporting, and business analysis. This role is responsible

for preparing accurate client invoices, supporting timely collections, analyzing billing and operational data, resolving client questions, and partnering with internal teams to improve financial processes. This position combines client support, billing administration, financial analysis, and business process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers, systems, clients, and cross-functional teams. This role requires a client-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to support both day-to-day billing operations and broader Finance initiatives.
