Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
On Call Requirements: Rotating weekends

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality nursing care for our residents. You’ll oversee daily clinical operations, guide and support your team, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment where residents thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery of services to Managed Care and Medicare residents
- Collaborates with Social Worker, Clinical Team, Business Office Manager, and other facility departments
- Orient new residents / families to the community
- Schedule/ Attend care conferences with residents/families and interdisciplinary team
- Assist with discharge / post discharge planning
- Conduct efficient communication with managed care/insurance case managers
- Ensure that social services components of the MDS are completed and signed on a timely basis
- Provide residents/families with community resources
- Participate in case managers on-call rotation
Wage Range: $41.00-$52.00 D.O.E. / Application Deadline: 7/30/2026

Requirements:- Active RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
- Experience working in senior living preferred
