Maintenance Technician in Bessemer City, North Carolina at Tosaf Inc

Under direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plastics manufacturing machinery and support equipment. You will also participate in selected design and fabrication projects focused on continuous improvement and gains in efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Complete work orders as assigned by Manager
• Work safely
• Maintain good housekeeping at all times
• Keep a clean, organized workspace
• Other duties as assigned

Competencies:
• 4 years' experience in a continuous extrusion plastics or resins environment strongly desired OR
7 years general industrial maintenance experience
• Low voltage and controls experience desired
• Electricians license desired

• Must have your own transportation
• Flexibility to work different shifts as business requires.

Education and Training:
• GED required, tech school or advance training desired
