Body Tech - Collision Center in Mobile, Alabama at Bullard Management

The Body Shop Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards. This role requires skill, precision, and a commitment to safety and quality while working closely with other team members in the collision repair process.

• Perform repairs on damaged vehicles, including frame work, panel replacements, and welding
• Use diagnostic equipment to assess damage and determine repair needs
• Repair collision damages according to industry and OEM standards
• Prepare vehicles for painting through sanding, masking, and priming
• Assist in color-matching processes to ensure accurate finishes
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure safe, high-standard repairs
• Collaborate with technicians, painters, and estimators to ensure a timely workflow
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment
• Document repairs performed and maintain accurate records

• Previous experience as a Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Proficiency with body shop tools and repair equipment
• Ability to interpret repair manuals and manufacturer specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
