Location: Philadelphia, PA (West, Southwest, North, & Northwest areas)
Compensation: Fee-for-Service | $40–$45 per hour (based on licensure, experience, and availability)

As a Behavior Consultant (BC), you must have a Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral-health discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis). You’ll design and oversee evidence-based behavior plans that strengthen emotional regulation, build adaptive skills, and empower families. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Develop behavioral systems using reinforcement, token economies, and data-driven progress monitoring.
Train and coach families, teachers, and team members to ensure consistent application of strategies.
Collaborate closely with Mobile Therapists (MTs) and interdisciplinary teams for treatment fidelity.
Document outcomes, analyze data, and refine interventions per IBHS and CBH standards.
Participate in supervision, case consultations, and quality-improvement activities.
Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral-health discipline (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis).
Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or BCBA credential; license-eligible applicants considered.
Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and delivering behavior-modification services.
A minimum of two (2) years of post-master’s clinical or counseling experience.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to lead multi-systemic treatment planning.
BCBA certification preferred.
Experience with ADHD, autism spectrum, or behavioral/emotional disorders.
Familiarity with IBHS regulations and trauma-informed care.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Skilled in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and data-based decision-making.
$40–$45/hour fee-for-service compensation, paid biweekly for completed sessions and documentation.
