📍 Fall River, MA
🕕 Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Manufacturing Shop Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll help manufacture custom wood and plastic products by preparing materials, operating shop equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring every order meets our quality standards.

What You'll DoPrepare jobs using work orders and verbal or written instructions
Cut, finish, and inspect wood and plastic products to ensure they meet quality standards
Operate shop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Move finished products between workstations and the shipping area
Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Assist with other production duties as needed
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
Experience operating shop equipment such as table saws, routers, or similar machinery is a plus
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
Frequent use of hand tools and production equipment
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting at $18+ per hour, based on experience.
Massachusetts Pay Transparency: The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour or higher, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
