This is a high-impact sales leadership opportunity focused on building, developing, and scaling a high-performing sales organization.
You will own the full talent lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to coaching, performance management, and team development.
The role combines hands-on sales leadership with responsibility for KPIs, revenue performance, sales processes, and pipeline efficiency.

- Own the end-to-end sales talent lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, performance management, development, and, when necessary, termination of sales representatives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team with clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and performance metrics to drive consistent revenue growth, productivity, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular call reviews, role-playing sessions, coaching, and hands-on training to strengthen discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing capabilities.
- Build, document, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and automation to increase pipeline velocity and team effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and operational challenges throughout the sales cycle and implement practical solutions.
- Manage CRM activity and data quality using GoHighLevel and other sales tools, ensuring accurate lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and strong CRM hygiene.
- Use sales data and performance insights to identify trends, prioritize interventions, and improve overall team results.
- Lead by example by participating directly in sales conversations and closing opportunities when required.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve sales operations and customer conversion.
- Proven experience building, leading, and scaling a sales team, preferably in information marketing, education, coaching, or another high-ticket sales environment.
- Strong understanding of real estate investing education, high-ticket coaching, or comparable consultative sales models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales organization through measurable KPIs, revenue targets, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance.
- Advanced experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification, discovery calls, pipeline management, sales processes, and closing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sales representatives through call reviews, role-play, structured feedback, and hands-on mentorship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify sales bottlenecks and translate data into actionable improvements.
- Experience designing or optimizing workflow automation and sales processes is advantageous.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage initiatives involving multiple teams or stakeholders are a plus.
- Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap is desirable.
- Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States and available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time.
