This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity to shape partner marketing programs within a growing B2B SaaS and digital supply chain environment.
You will build joint go-to-market strategies that strengthen strategic alliances, expand market reach, and generate qualified pipeline.
The role combines partner storytelling, integrated campaigns, events, enablement, and performance measurement.
You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, events, and regional teams to turn partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes.
A major focus will be establishing scalable programs, including partner MDF, onboarding resources, campaign frameworks, and ROI measurement.

- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic global partners, creating aligned strategies that increase awareness, credibility, engagement, and pipeline.
- Build integrated co-marketing programs spanning digital campaigns, email, social media, webinars, roundtables, roadshows, and industry events.
- Plan and execute joint partner events from virtual sessions to major conference activations, maximizing shared reach, engagement, and return on investment.
- Develop, launch, and optimize a Partner Market Development Fund (MDF) program, including participation guidelines, budget management, ROI tracking, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to create joint messaging, solution materials, case studies, presentations, and other partner-facing content.
- Strengthen partner enablement through onboarding kits, internal briefings, certification promotion, partner storytelling, campaign templates, and scalable resources.
- Support regional partners by adapting campaigns, content, and events to local audiences, market maturity, and regional priorities.
- Establish consistent measurement of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, providing performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop an annual partner marketing calendar and scalable frameworks that improve consistency and efficiency across campaigns and events.
- Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, aligning priorities and ensuring programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on partner, alliance, channel, or ecosystem marketing.
- Demonstrated experience working with global partner ecosystems across multiple regions and varying levels of market maturity.
- Proven ability to plan and execute joint digital and in-person events, including campaign coordination, partner alignment, and post-event follow-up.
- Experience creating or managing MDF programs and measuring their utilization, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Experience enabling regional partners through tailored content, campaigns, tools, training, and ongoing engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling joint messaging and translate complex partnerships into clear, engaging stories.
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives against fast-moving campaign requirements and competing priorities.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, supply chain technology, manufacturing technology, or a related B2B technology environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align sales, product marketing, events, regional teams, and external partners.
- A data-driven mindset with experience establishing marketing KPIs, measuring pipeline contribution, and communicating performance and ROI.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-accountability environment where initiative, creativity, and ownership are valued.
- A collaborative, curious, growth-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and a focus on delivering measurable business value.
- Annual on-target earnings of approximately $130,000–$160,000 USD.
