At SynergenX-Low-T, we're looking for an NP, APRN, FNP, or PA who wants more than just a clinical position. We want someone who can connect with patients, work collaboratively, communicate confidently, and bring great energy to the clinic every day.

You'll work alongside our Medical Director and Center Director to care for patients focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.

What You'll Do
  • Provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans within established protocols
  • Educate patients about their health and treatment options
  • Build genuine relationships and trust with patients
  • Explain medical information and treatment plans in a way patients can easily understand
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and Center Director
  • Work closely with the clinic team to keep patient care running smoothly
  • Utilize technology and electronic systems to support efficient patient care
  • Help create an upbeat, welcoming, and positive patient experience

Required Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary action
  • Current DEA license
  • Current Controlled Substance License
  • Must be available to work:
    • 2 Saturdays in a 4-week month
    • 3 Saturdays in a 5-week month
    • Saturday hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
    • 1 weekday per week
  • Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of paid training (2 weeks) following clinic hours
Credentialing & Screening

As part of our standard screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy information will be verified by our Credentialing team prior to an interview. Candidates should be prepared to provide this information so we can confirm that the license and NPI taxonomy are active and within our scope of practice.

Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
