Fredriksen Insurance is a local, family-owned insurance agency that has served Idaho individuals, families, and businesses since 1980. We specialize in employee benefits, individual health insurance, Medicare, and property and casualty insurance.
Our company operates using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which creates clarity, accountability, and alignment throughout our organization. We value people who take ownership, follow through, help first, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with our Co-Owner and Integrator. This person will help manage priorities, communications, projects, follow-up, and administrative responsibilities while creating greater capacity for the Integrator to focus on leadership and growth.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The right person will anticipate needs, recognize opportunities for growth or improvement, and proactively create systems, reminders, and checkpoints to keep priorities moving forward.
The position will also provide administrative support for finance-related responsibilities and company events. There is also an opportunity to take on limited property-management responsibilities for additional compensation. While this is not a primary requirement of the Executive Assistant position, our preference is to find someone interested in taking on this additional responsibility.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the Integrator’s calendar, email, priorities, deadlines, commitments, and follow-up.
-
Proactively create reminders, checkpoints, and systems to keep priorities and delegated responsibilities moving forward.

-
Coordinate meetings and assist with EOS planning, projects, reports, presentations, and other leadership needs.
-
Assist with payroll preparation, commissions, and other finance-related responsibilities.
-
Assist with planning and implementation of company events and activities.
-
Take ownership of special projects and other administrative or operational needs as they arise.
For candidates interested in additional responsibility and earning potential, there is an opportunity to assist with a small portfolio of company-owned and/or personally owned properties. Responsibilities would include:
-
Prepare leases and related documents.
-
Collect and track rent payments.
-
Coordinate routine and urgent maintenance.
-
Maintain organized property records, leases, invoices, and other documentation.
This is a secondary component of the position and would be separately compensated in addition to the Executive Assistant salary.
Qualifications-
Experience supporting an owner, executive, or senior leader strongly preferred.
-
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
-
Strong judgment, initiative, and ability to anticipate needs without waiting for direction.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Highly comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business technology.
-
Comfortable working with financial information, spreadsheets, reports, and confidential business information.
-
Ability to independently manage competing priorities and changing needs.
