Disputifier - Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Disputifier - Product Manager based in Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to own a critical area of a rapidly evolving payments and e-commerce platform.
You’ll shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and turn complex customer problems into intuitive, high-impact experiences.
Working closely with development, sales, customer success, and leadership teams, you’ll have broad influence over product direction.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from research and experimentation through launch and measurement.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy, ownership, and rapid iteration are highly valued.
Your work will directly contribute to stronger customer outcomes, improved workflows, and sustainable business growth.
If you enjoy solving challenging problems and building products where your decisions have visible impact, this role offers significant scope to make a difference.

Accountabilities
  • Own a core product area, setting a clear direction that delivers an excellent user experience and meaningful business outcomes.
  • Define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps, balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner closely with development teams to translate product requirements into clear, actionable work and guide initiatives through delivery.
  • Conduct user research, analyze product data, and incorporate customer feedback to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
  • Make pragmatic, data-informed decisions that balance rapid delivery with long-term product quality, usability, and sustainable growth.
  • Establish success metrics, develop dashboards, and monitor performance to evaluate the impact of product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, leadership, and other stakeholders to align priorities and communicate product direction.
  • Identify gaps in the user experience and product-market fit, proactively developing solutions that improve efficiency and customer value.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and communication materials that support adoption and successful product usage.
  • Champion experimentation and continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and iterating quickly based on learnings.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional product management experience, including experience in a high-growth or scaled organization.
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment is strongly preferred, particularly where autonomy and broad ownership were essential.
  • Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or related technology platforms is considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and make sound product decisions.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership of products or features and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex user challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently and navigating ambiguity without requiring complete information.
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including strategy, roadmap development, experimentation, prioritization, documentation, and measuring outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore development teams is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Must be based in Canada and comfortable working fully remotely.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position available to candidates based in Canada.
  • Opportunity to take significant ownership of a core product area within a high-growth fintech environment.
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and business outcomes.
  • Fast-paced environment that encourages experimentation, continuous improvement, and rapid learning.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of payments, fintech, and e-commerce.
  • Close collaboration with development, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.
  • Exposure to complex, mission-critical challenges within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Competitive compensation, with salary expectations discussed as part of the application process.
