We are currently seeking an experienced:

DIRECTOR of QUALITY – HOME HEALTH/HOSPICE

JOB SUMMARY:

• Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Star Ratings program for Home Health and Hospice
• Provide strategic oversight of the CMS Value-based Purchasing program for Home Health
• Serve as internal expert on CMS methodology changes and reporting guidance
• Review CMS Provider Preview Reports and lead pre-publication response efforts
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership on quality strategy
• Prepare executive dashboards, board-level summaries, and leadership reports
• Prepare and present Quality program updates to Liberty leadership and other employees as appropriate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Active clinical license (RN required; BSN strongly preferred)
• Active OASIS Certification preferred (must be maintained during employment)
• Minimum 5–7 years of clinical experience in home health and hospice.
• Demonstrated experience with home health and hospice CMS quality reporting programs
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
