Join a fully remote game development team building and evolving a complex live mobile farming experience.
You’ll work hands-on in Unity3D, transforming game design concepts into polished features, improvements, refactorings, and LiveOps content.
The role combines software engineering with close collaboration across code, content, and asset workflows.
You’ll help shape scalable architectures, optimize performance for mobile platforms, and deliver production-ready code.
Working alongside international, multidisciplinary teams, you’ll exchange knowledge and contribute to shared technical solutions.
You’ll also have opportunities to influence innovative new games while continuously developing your engineering skills.

- Take an active role in game creation and specification, with a particular focus on client-side development for complex multiplayer mobile games.
- Develop and deliver high-quality LiveOps features and content that keep players engaged and satisfied.
- Build clean, well-structured, production-ready code suitable for a long-running live game.
- Evaluate technical requirements, recommend appropriate architectures, and discuss implementation trade-offs with the wider team.
- Work with Unity3D to integrate assets, develop gameplay and user-facing functionality, and improve asset workflows.
- Optimize applications for mobile performance and support cross-platform development across relevant platforms.
- Collaborate closely with international and interdisciplinary teams, including developers working on related game products and systems.
- Contribute ideas to innovative new games and share technical knowledge, practices, and solutions with colleagues.
- Participate in an agile development environment and proactively raise technical concerns, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
- Professional experience in game development, ideally including experience working on a commercially released Unity title; substantial production experience on an unreleased project is also relevant.
- Strong knowledge of the Unity game engine, particularly Unity3D, 3D URP, and UGUI.
- Practical experience with Git or a comparable version control system as part of a daily development workflow.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software architecture, with at least some exposure to data-oriented design.
- Basic understanding of cross-platform development; experience with iOS or Android mobile development is a plus.
- Familiarity with asset management and Unity Addressables.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding effective technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and collaborate comfortably within an international, multidisciplinary team.
- Comfortable communicating in English and actively participating in remote collaboration through tools such as Discord.
- Curiosity about agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience with client-server applications is advantageous.
- Experience with production machine-learning or LLM-based solutions is preferred but not required.
- Experience developing production frontend applications with React is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams.
