What You'll Do

Inspect roofs and give homeowners a straight answer on what's really going on up there

Turn those findings into clear, accurate estimates and proposals

Build real relationships with homeowners and property managers then close the deal

Keep your pipeline warm with consistent, timely follow-up

Explain roofing systems and materials in plain English, no jargon required

Hand off cleanly to our production and installation crews

What You Bring

18 years of age or older

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

A willingness to learn prior roofing or sales experience helps, but isn't required

Strong people skills and a knack for earning trust fast

Self-motivation you own your schedule and your results
